Who is Buddha Shakyamuni?
„Buddha“ means „the awakened one“, someone who has awakened from the sleep of ignorance and sees things as they really are.
A Buddha is a person completely liberated from all faults and mental obstacles. Since he has awakened from the sleep of ignorance and removed all obstructions from his mind, he recognizes everything past, present and future simultaneously and directly.
Through the blessing empowerment, we establish a special connection with Buddha and use his inspiration for our meditation practice.
